1. Natural brush
Avoid brush that are made of plastic because it will makes your hair look static and miserable. Use natural hair brush to stimulate your blood circulation and to massage your skin head. "Natural hair brush with round or flat interface is good to smoother dry hair, wide-toothed hair brush is ideal for wet hair".
2. Don't always brush your hair
This can cause damaged to your hair cuticle and remove your hair protection layer. Use your finger or natural brush to brush your hair. Don't ever to pull your hair with fingers.
3. Tangled free!
To decrease tangled hair, use specific product to solve it.
4. Balance diet.
Balance diet is the key to beauty and health hair. Hair is made from protein. So, eat food that is rich of protein such as salmon, iron, egg and chicken have higher protein.
5. Manage your moist hair in correct way
Hair is very sensitive when moist, careful after shampoo your hair. Sometimes, let your hair dry itself. Avoid drying your hair with hair dryer or towel because it can damage your hair cuticle.
6. Use conditioner
Always use conditioner. Put on your hair but not on your skin head. After conditioner, use leave-on which gives protection from environment and heated.
7. Hair band
Don't wear hair band or tie your hair too tight because it can damage your hair cuticle.
8. Saloon
Whenever you go to saloon, tell your hair stylish to not cut your hair either razor layers or side cutting because it can cause to much tangled. Try layer cut and also cut the end of hair half an inch every two months.
9. Hair caress
Practice to make weekly treatment or anytime with your hair to smoother and get healthy hair.
10. Sleep
When we sleep, our tissue and muscle is repairing themselves. So, our hair healthiness can get the advantage while we sleeping.
